Time Frame for Delivery
Please note that delivery timelines are determined based on the overall size and complexity of the project. Larger or more intricate designs may require additional production time
What material should I use?
- PLA : Projects that do not require high heat or impact resistance like decorative items.
- PETG: Parts requiring durability and moderate flexibility.
- ABS: Durable, high-performance parts exposed to heat or impact.
- TPU: Projects requiring flexibility, elasticity, or impact absorption.
What are the size limitations?
- Nominal Maximum Size: Up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm total, but in dual-nozzle (Multiple colors) mode the practical build area shrinks to around 300 × 320 × 325 mm.
- Larger projects can be accommodated; however, they will need to be printed in separate batches.

Customers are welcome to provide their own ready-to-print design files; however, it is not required.
